Can you guarantee a position in ChatGPT?
No. AI answers are not deterministic and nobody has direct control over what ChatGPT recommends. What is possible: measurably improving your chances by fixing what AI models rely on, and measuring every week whether it works.
What does my score mean?
The score is the share of AI answers that mention your business. We ask 12 customer questions to every AI engine we measure. If you are mentioned in half the answers, your score is around 50.
Why is my score different every time?
AI models do not give the same answer twice, and the web sources they rely on change constantly. A single measurement is a snapshot; the trend over weeks is the honest measure.
Which AI engines do you check?
Emphanic checks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini. We let all of them search the live web, so we measure what a customer sees today rather than what a model once memorised. These are the assistants consumers ask for recommendations.
How often do you measure?
The free check runs whenever you want, limited to 3 checks per hour. With a subscription we measure automatically every week, so you see a trend instead of a snapshot.
What happens with my data?
Your business details are used to run the check and are sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and Google as part of the questions. Your email address is only used for the report and a few follow-up mails with a working unsubscribe link. Deletion is always available via info@emphanic.com. Details are on the privacy page.
How do I cancel?
Monthly, with no notice period. You pay out the current period and nothing after that.
Is this the same as SEO?
No, but it is family. Emphanic focuses on being recommended in AI answers; SEO is about being found in search engines. Many fixes overlap, but AI engines weigh other things, such as entity clarity and citable content.
I have no website. Is this useful?
The free check works and shows where you stand. Without your own website the options for improving visibility are limited, though; a simple, factual site is the first step.
