What Emphanic is

Emphanic measures how visible your business is in answers from AI engines and provides advice and, in paid subscriptions, generated changes for your website.

Emphanic is based at Haslenstrasse 9, 9050 Appenzell, Switzerland, and can be reached at info@emphanic.com and through the contact form.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any position, mention or result in ChatGPT or any other AI engine. Nobody can. Scores are snapshots of non-deterministic systems and can vary without anyone doing anything wrong.

You apply advice and generated changes at your own responsibility. Review generated content before publishing it.

Free check and fair use

The free check is meant for owners checking their own business, limited to 3 checks per hour. Automated or large-scale use is not allowed; we may restrict access in that case.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions run per month and can be cancelled monthly: you finish the current period and pay nothing after. With yearly payment you get 2 months off; cancellation then applies at the end of the year.

After cancellation the weekly measurement stops and dashboard access ends when the current period ends. Files and texts we generated for you that you have already downloaded or published remain yours.

We announce price changes at least a month in advance and they never apply retroactively.

Liability

We work carefully, but Emphanic is a tool, not an insurance policy. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid Emphanic in the past 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. We always try to work things out together first; email info@emphanic.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. Major changes are announced by email if you are a customer. The current version always lives on this page.
